These terms govern your use of generate-qr.cc (the “Service”), operated by QR Code Generator, Bosnia and Herzegovina. By using the Service you agree to them.

1. The Service

The Service lets you create static and dynamic QR codes, host link pages and files, and view scan statistics. Static QR codes contain their content directly and keep working independently of the Service.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for your account and for keeping your password secure. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service for phishing, malware, fraud, spam, illegal content, content that infringes the rights of others, or to impersonate others. We may pause or remove codes, files and accounts that break these rules, and we may report illegal activity to the authorities.

4. Plans and payment

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller and Merchant of Record, Creem, which handles payments, invoices, taxes, refunds and billing support. You can cancel at any time; your plan stays active until the end of the paid period.

5. Our promise about your codes

If you downgrade or cancel, your existing dynamic QR codes keep redirecting. You lose access to paid features and cannot create dynamic codes above the free limit. We may remove dynamic codes only if they break these terms or if you delete your account.

6. Availability and liability

We work hard to keep the Service running but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Always test printed QR codes before large print runs.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. We will notify registered users of material changes by email or in the app.
